After presenting the first book to His Lordship, Rt. Rev. Dr. Maxwell Silva, who was also the Chairman of the National Catholic Mass Communication Commission, their parents, Lakshan Fernando and Muditha Mihirani, with the quadruplets.

For the first time in Sri Lanka, a historic milestone was set by a group of seven-year-old quadruplets. Their unique gift for writing has led to the publication of a book, Siv Nivun Katha Mandapaya, a collection of stories penned in Sinhala and English.

This is the second collection of stories by the quadruplets, a fact that has garnered attention on the internet and beyond, further highlighting their exceptional talent.

Lashen Fernando of St. Joseph’s College, Colombo, Rachel Fernando, Krishmi Fernando, and Minoli Fernando of Holy Family Convent, Bambalapitiya are seven-year-old twins from the same family studying in Grade 3.

This book, published by the Nirnanie and the Samaja Sanwardena Sansadaya, was presented by the twins to His Lordship, Rt. Rev. Dr. Maxwell Silva, His Lordship, Rt. Rev. Dr. J.D. Anthony and His Lordship, Rt. Rev. Dr. Anton Ranjith, Auxiliary Bishops of Colombo at the Archbishop’s House.

His Lordship Rt. Rev. Dr. J.D. Anthony and His Lordship Rt. Rev. Dr. Anton Ranjith, Auxiliary Bishops, were also presented with the booklet.
