At the Asia Pacific Property and Hotel Awards 2024 in Thailand recently, Capital Trust Properties, a subsidiary of Capital Trust Holdings Limited, was honoured in the ‘Property Agency /Consultancy Sri Lanka’ category with a 5-star rating.

The awards ceremony is the regional program of the International Property Awards, established in 1993.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of over 100 industry experts, focusing on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.

The 2024 Asia Pacific award winners were announced in Thailand on May 30 and 31. Capital Trust Properties achieving a 5-star rating highlights the company’s commitment to quality and excellence on a global stage and showcases the company’s commitment to professionalism, ethics and quality of service to its stakeholders.

Capital Trust Properties, scoring 5 stars, has also been nominated as one of the best in the Asia Pacific region with the likes of world renowned real estate companies such as Colliers being the other winner.
