Sunshine Holdings PLC recognised its best-performing employees during the financial year of 2023/24 at the Sun Awards 2024 recently.
The three business sectors of the Group — healthcare, consumer goods and agribusiness — held their awards ceremonies under the theme of ‘Ignite the Future’.
Sunshine Holdings Group Chief Executive Officer Shyam Sathasivam, Deputy Chairman Vish Govindasamy, key members of the Sunshine Group’s executive committee, guests and employees were present.
Over 150 awards – Merit, Excellence, and Chairman’s Awards – were distributed among high performing individuals and teams at Sun Awards ceremonies.
Eighty-nine long-standing awards were presented to recognise the commitment and loyalty of employees who have contributed to the company’s success over 10 to 25 years.
To celebrate the lighter side of workplace achievements and camaraderie, 13 Fun Awards were also given during the awards ceremony. Among the over 3,000 people that make up the Sun workforce, these awardees stood out for their outstanding performances and contributions towards the Group’s success.
