E.A.D. Janitha Priyashantha
E.A.D. Janitha Priyashantha has been appointed as the Acting CEO/General Manager of RDB Bank from June 6. Prior to his new appointment he served as Chief Internal Auditor of RDB Bank.
Priyashantha holds a B.Com Special Degree with a second upper division from the University of Kelaniya. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and a Certified Member (CMA) of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants, Australia. He is also a member of Association of Professional Bankers of Sri Lanka and Associate Member of Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka.
Priyashantha, a professional banker, joined RDB in September 2022, after serving as the CIA of People’s Bank for over 26 years. He counts over 30 years of continuous service in banking and Finance in various managerial capacities with exposure to finance and audit sectors.
