The prestigious Ceylon Masters International Badminton Championships 2024 is set to take place from July 25 to 28 at the Mercantile Badminton Association in Colombo with a substantial prize pool of US dollars 10,000 up for grabs according to the organisers.
Organized by Ceylon Masters Badminton, the event attracts top Masters players from around the world.
Held according to Badminton World Federation (BWF) regulations, the Championships unfolds with the preliminary rounds on July 25 and 26, followed by the quarter-finals and semi-finals on July 27, culminating in the finals on July 28 and the matches are scheduled to commence at 9:00 am each day.
The championships offers competitions for diverse age categories, spanning from over-35 to over-75 and combined age categories across men’s and women’s singles, doubles and mixed doubles events.
