Kindness is an essential virtue that every individual should inculcate, most preferably at a tender age. Kindness costs absolutely nothing.

It is merely acts of generosity towards other living beings. Simple acts of kindness include, charitable acts like donations to the needy, helping your parents with household chores, or simply brightening up someone’s day with a positive compliment. Moreover, studies show that helping others boosts self-esteem and improves our mental well-being. Therefore, in order to make the world a better place, you can start any act of kindness today. Remember, “Kindness is the language that the deaf can hear and the blind can see.” – Mark Twain
