A rainy day is a refreshing day. It is a day when it rains all day long. The sky is covered with dark clouds. The rain falls in heavy or light showers. Clouds fly here and there in the sky. Most of the time, the sky is not seen clearly. People can’t go out without an umbrella. Due to heavy rains, the traffic on the roads is sometimes blocked. A rainy day is a joyous day for the children.
On a rainy day, people can read books, listen to music, or watch movies. It is also a great opportunity to catch-up with family and friends over a cup of hot tea or coffee.
