Regen Renewables (Pvt) Ltd. was chosen by the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) for the supply and commissioning of a solar PV system at its head office building in Colombo.
The project was designed and installed by Regen Renewables. The 60kW installation features quality solar panels sourced from Suntech China and inverters from Sunways. Regen Renewables commonly known in the market as “Regen Solar”, was selected by the CEB engineering team following a rigorous competitive bidding process and thorough technical evaluation.
With over a decade of experience in the industry, Regen Solar specialises in commercial and industrial solar projects. Regen Solar is an authorised distributor for Sunways and Suntech and DAS solar products from China and Siemens Kaco from Germany. This initiative underscores Ceylon Electricity Board’s commitment to renewable energy and sustainable practices, marking a significant step towards setting an example while reducing carbon footprint and promoting environmental stewardship in the country.
