The Commissioner General of Examinations Amith Jayasundara has called upon all Presidential candidates and supporters to refrain from using loudspeakers and not to hold meetings, demonstrations and election rallies from 9.30 am to 12.15 pm on September 15, near examination centres as the Year 5 Scholarship Examination will be in progress.
The Police Department has been informed in this regard and a circular has been issued to all Police stations.
This year, 323,879 candidates will sit the Year 5 Scholarship Examination at 2,849 examination centres countrywide.
