SLT-Mobitel Enterprise launched an innovative engagement concept – ‘SMARTChat – An Hour with Customer’ .

The pioneering program offers personalised technological guidance through a series of focused consultation sessions tailored for individual customers, marking a step forward in SLT-Mobitel’s commitment to driving digital transformation in the nation’s SME business community.

The primary goal of SLT-Mobitel’s ‘SMARTChat’ is to provide SMEs a roadmap for digital success that leads to the easy adoption of new technology, digitalisation, business growth, and cost reduction. Offering personalised technological solutions that address their unique challenges and opportunities will help the sector unlock the full potential their digital transformation journey.

These SMARTChat sessions provide SMEs access to expert advice, and actionable insights through innovative solutions. Consequently, they will permit businesses to ensure the continuity of their operations in an increasingly digital world.

To- date, SMARTChat sessions have been conducted in Colombo, Gampaha, Galle, and Kandy. These events have ensured that communities benefit from these innovative initiatives. Several more sessions will be held in the near future, covering the entire country

SME representatives at the events had the privilege of one-on-one consultations with SLT-Mobitel’s technology experts. Participants also received demonstrations of solutions relevant to their specific needs from SLT-Mobitel’s comprehensive SME product portfolio, ensuring that each business received the guidance needed to succeed.
