In a surprise move Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) has decided to open the gates free of charge to spectators to witness the first Test match against New Zealand at the Galle International Stadium starting on September 18.
The New Zealand team arrived yesterday and the first Test coincides with the Presidential election on September 21.
