Three students of Lyceum International School Nuwara Eliya stood out with remarkable performances at the Central Province Athletic Meet at Bernard Aluvihare Stadium recently.
T. Anuhas Darmasena set a new meet record in the 200m, securing first place with a time of 22.2 seconds. He also finished second in the 100m with an impressive time of 11.1 seconds, surpassing the previous record.
Sachintha Weerasinghe earned second place in the long jump, achieving a distance of 5.91 meters, while Kinoja Kumarasamy took third place in the same event with a distance of 4.90 meters.
