Future leaders will be forced to be inclusive, flexible, purpose-driven, tech-savvy, and collaborative. They will have to embrace delegation, incorporate sustainability into their plans, and harness AI’s potential while managing its moral ramifications.

Those who can strike a balance between profit, purpose, empathy, and vision will win in this new era. As the world moves forward to a realm that is becoming more intricate by the day, leadership will be characterised less by one’s position of authority and more by the good that one can do for the environment, society, and future generations.
