Waruna Waragoda and Wasanthalal Fernando put on an unbeaten partnership of 97 runs in their opening stand to see MCA Masters crush NSCA Masters by ten wickets in their Masters Cricket encounter played at the Sara Oval on September 15.
Batting first NSCA Masters could score only 93 runs all out in 30.1 overs as Ravi Subasinghe bowled best to capture 3 for 15.
MCA Masters replied with 97 without loss as Waragoda hit five fours for his unbeaten 45 while Fernando hit a six and three fours for his unbeaten 34 runs.
