The Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Sri Lanka (AHK Sri Lanka) has partnered with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) to organise a Sri Lankan country pavilion at the International Green Week (IGW) 2025, from January 17 to 26, 2025, in Berlin, Germany to promote bilateral economic relations.

IGW is recognised as the world’s largest B2C trade exhibition for the food and beverage and agriculture sectors.

“This will be the sixth consecutive year we are hosting a Sri Lankan national pavilion at this event. We believe it presents a prime opportunity for Sri Lankan exporters to not only explore business prospects and boost the visibility of products “Made in Sri Lanka” but also to support Sri Lanka’s export strategy,” an official from AHK said.

“As a strategic partner, IFC has confirmed to provide financial support for exporters of Ceylon cinnamon attending the exhibition, which will be a significant benefit for Sri Lankan SMEs,” he said.
