Madolduuwa is one of the most popular and beautiful islands in Sri Lanka. It is full of green plants and surrounded by water. There are many wild animals living there. There are many wonderful and mysterious things on that island.
Madolduuwa is popular for the reason of the book published in February 29, 1952.
The author of that book was Martin Wickramasinghe. Today it is a popular book that is published all over the world. But people used to pollute the Madolduuwa island, that is why the island’s greenery reduced.
