Genius Harbour College celebrated Children’s Day on October 1, 2024 in the school premises The program began with the informative and inspirational speech of the Principal, Srinali Niroshani Perera.
She welcomed the children for this beautiful occasion. In her address, she encouraged students to dream big and work hard. She commended the teachers and parents for their utmost contribution.
The children were dressed in smart casual dresses according to the given theme and many mesmerising performances were presented by the students.
The event had a series of interesting and exciting dance performances, reciting poems, singing songs and giving speeches that were meticulously planned for entertainment.
Students of the senior section enthralled the audience with their energetic and graceful events. Various activities were organised for the children of all classes such as musical chairs and quiz games.
The celebratory mood continued with a fancy dress parade and the students relished the refreshments. The day was celebrated by the students with zeal and enthusiasm, full of joy and laughter.
