Children’s Day celebrations were held on October 1 at the IFM Pre-school, the first Tamil language preschool in Puttalam. It was presided over by Headmistress, Roosi Sanoon.
About 25 students participated.
The students were also briefed on Children’s Day by the teacher. The students happily celebrated Children’s Day in the school along with the teacher.
The theme of this year’s Children’s Day is “Let’s Protect Children, Respect Children Equally.”
At the end of the event, the students were given gift packs by the teacher.
