Sri Lanka has named its 11-member team for the first T20 International today at the Pallekele Stadium against the West Indies.
The West Indies and Sri Lanka will feature in a three-match T20 series the second and third of which will be played at the same venue on October 15 and 17.
West Indies have put off naming their team and will also feature in a subsequent three-match ODI series at the Premadasa Stadium in Colombo. They will be without their specialist T20 players Nicholas Pooran, Andre Russel and Shimron Hetmyer among others.
