The International Multidisciplinary Desk Research Conference organized by the Library of the University of Kelaniya, will be held at the Faculty of Computer and Technology, University of Kelaniya on October 25 at 9.00 a.m.
University of Kelaniya Vice Chancellor, Senior Professor Nilanthi De Silva will be the Chief Guest.
The conference program includes four keynote lectures by academics: the former chairman of the dance and ballet panel in the Arts Council of Sri Lanka; professional dancer Dr. Ravibandhu Vidyapati, Professor Liyanage Amarakeerthi from the Department of Sinhala at the University of Peradeniya; Professor Buddhi Marambe from the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, University of Peradeniya; and Former Vice Chancellor of University of Colombo, Dr. Chandrika N. Wijayaratne of the Faculty of Medicine, at the University of Colombo.
Milinda Tennakoon, Cinematic Composition, Lecturer of the Department of Fine Arts, University of Kelaniya, will deliver an invited lecture.
