PMF Finance PLC has appointed Prof. Ajith Medis as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with immediate effect.
Prof. Medis holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Special) Hons. Degree from the University of Kelaniya, an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), University of Sri Jayewardenepura, and a PhD in Strategy from the Management and Science University of Malaysia.
Prof. Medis brings over 30 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, coupled with an impressive academic and professional background that will contribute to the company’s growth and strategic direction.
In his new role as Chief Executive Officer at PMF Finance, Prof. Medis will be responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations while spearheading its long-term strategic initiatives. He is expected to drive operational efficiency, optimise financial services, and lead the company’s efforts in expanding its market presence.
