DS Senanayake College beat St. Joseph’s College on first innings in their inter school Under-13 Division One cricket match played at Darley Road.
DS Senanayake declared at 182 for 4 and bowled out the Joes for 82 after Miyuru Bandara stroked a century (100) with 11 fours and two sixes. Bandara and his opening partner Yasasiru Silva (42) put on 94 runs for the first wicket to lay the foundation.
For the Joes Santhosh Jayaprakash made 51 with seven fours in their total of 82 in reply.
