HNB and CIC launch women’s health program for employees

Hatton National Bank PLC (HNB) has joined forces with CIC Holdings PLC to launch an innovative women›s health program to enhance the well-being and productivity of its female employees.

Facilitated by CIC›s Health and Personal Care Division, the partnership between CIC Holdings and HNB was formalised through the signing of a MoU at HNB Towers. The initiative will mark a significant step towards addressing critical health issues and improving the quality of life for women in the workplace.

HNB Chief Human Resource Officer K. Indravasan said, «Prioritising our employees› health and well-being is fundamental to our organisation›s success. We recognise that women›s health, often overlooked, deserves special attention across all platforms.”

CIC, Managing Director/CEO Aroshan Seresinhe said, “Our collaboration with HNB aims to create a lasting positive impact for women in the banking sector. By combining CIC Holdings’ expertise in health and personal care with HNB’s dedication to employee well-being.
