Union Assurance recognises NTB’s top bancassurance performers

Union Assurance exclusive bancassurance partner of Nations Trust Bank (NTB) PLC, organised development programs to recognise exceptional performance of staff members of the bank’s bancassurance team and the branch network.

The events, attended by senior management of Union Assurance and Nations Trust Bank are testament to Union Assurance’s commitment to strengthening its relations with key business stakeholders.

Over 200 top-performing bank staff members participated in these development and team-building programs. Held at the Weligama Bay Marriott Resort & Spa and Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon, the programs provided the opportunity to participate in interactive educational sessions.

Networking programs to foster camaraderie were also held, including an insightful discussion led by accredited trainer Bhathiya Arthanayake.
