Colombo Malay Cricket Club will conduct an Open netball tournament on November 30 at the Malay ground Padang, off Kew Road in Colombo 2.
Some 20 teams have enrolled to participate including seven schools teams.
The tournament will be conducted on a first round league basis and on a knock-out system from the quarter-finals and semi-finals onwards up to the final.
Awards will be presented to the winning team, runner-up team best attacking player, best shooter and the netball queen according to the organisers.
Certificates will be given to all participants.
Caesar Sanitaryware Company from Taiwan is the gold sponsor of the event. The Silver sponsor is Univel skincare from Singapore.
