The much anticipated Ceylon Veterans Cricket (CVC) T20 Masters League commenced last weekend and the competition is heating up as teams battle for supremacy in their respective groups.

In Group A, Colombo Masters are dominating with Chilaw Legends close on their heels in second place.

In Group B, Mercantile Masters are leading the pack, followed by Army Veterans in second. As the league progresses, the upcoming matches will be pivotal in determining who secures a slot in the Plate final and who will ultimately lift the championship trophy at the grand finale.

One of the standout features of this tournament is its inclusivity, with teams traveling from diverse regions as Jaffna, Trincomalee and Chilaw.
