Devapathiraja’s Super Seven girls in Sri Lanka team

Seven players from Devapathiraja College Ratgama, Galle have been selected to the Sri Lanka under-19 tour party for the Women’s U19 Asia Cup cricket championship in Malaysia from December 15 to 20.

The youngest is 15-year old Sashini Gimhani and the rest is made up of Hiruni Hansika, Sumudu Nisansala, Rashmi Nethranjali, Sanjana Kavindi, Shehara Induwari and Nethangi Isuranjali.

Six teams from Asia will participate in the tournament which is a T20 format.

India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Malaysia are in the fray.
