The inter club women’s Super PVC cricket tournament will be played at the Colombo Campus ground on December 23 and 24.
The teams will play in three groups with Nittabuwa Ladies Sports Club, Old Dharmapalians Sports Club, Pannipitiya and Moolai Victory Sports Club, Jaffna in Group A, Newstead Balika Sports Club, Negombo, Old Bandaranaike Sports Club, Veyangoda and Yashidian Sports Club, Colombo 8 in Group C and Navy, Colombo Colts and MCA Ladies in Group C.
The first round and second round will be in the triangular system and the two top teams from the second round will play in the final for the Super PVC Trophy sponsored by Phoenix. The winning team and the runners-up team will receive the Super PVC Championship and Runners-up Trophy.
According to the organisers cash prizes and trophies will also be on offer for the best individual players of the tournament.
