Sunshine Holdings PLC hosted Sunshine Spotlight recently, an inspiring event organised by the OneHR Team at Sunshine to recognise the achievements, professional growth, and contributions of its employees across various sectors.
The event celebrated the impact of crucial development programs that foster skill enhancement, leadership, and personal branding. Among the key initiatives celebrated were ‘Base Camp’ and ‘Best to Brand’, two cornerstone programs crafted to elevate employee competencies in alignment with the company’s long-term vision.
The Base Camp program, in collaboration with PIM’s Executive Development Programs, trained 43 Sunshine Holdings employees, enhancing their management and leadership skills to drive future growth and align with the company’s vision for sustained excellence and industry leadership. The Best to Brand program, a seven-month initiative for Sunshine Consumer’s sales teams, focused on enhancing personal branding through work-life balance, team management, and leadership skills. Aligned with Sunshine’s core values, it empowered participants to develop key competencies and amplify their impact both within the organisation and beyond. “Our employees’ dedication to growth and learning is the foundation of our success,” said Sunshine Holdings Group CEO Shyam Sathasivam.
