CUCUMBER AND FRUITS SALAD
INGREDIENTS
1 long cucumber sliced
2 apples medium-sized, sliced
1 ½ cups strawberries fresh, sliced
1 cup celery thinly sliced
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
In a salad bowl, toss the cucumbers, apples, strawberries, and celery.
Add the dressing and toss to combine.
Sprinkle with the pumpkin seeds.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve and enjoy.
