The Alumni Association of the University of Peradeniya, Colombo Chapter (AAUPCC) held a felicitation program recently for veteran artist Nissanka Diddeniya in celebration of an acting career spanning over 55 years at the Punchi Theatre, Borella.
Prof. Mangala Senanayake’s Sinhala drama, “Sindukara Kavinaluwa,” was staged, with Nissanka Diddeniya playing a key role in the performance.
