Mahanama College Colombo and St. Sebastian’s College Moratuwa are leading the points table in the group A and B of the Under 19 Division One Tier A inter school cricket tournament.
Defending champion Richmond College is in the last position in the group A after seven matches and will play a match against S. Thomas’ College.
Eighteen teams compete in two groups ‘A’ and ‘B’ and each team has to play eight matches in the first round to end on January 31.
The quarter finals which are three-day matches are scheduled for February 5, 6 and 7 and the semi finals on February 11, 12 and 13.
The final is scheduled for February 18, 19 and 20 at the SSC in Colombo. (YK)
