Human capital is the greatest asset of any organisation. If so how could it be subject to such inhuman treatment as clearly depicted in the photograph captured by our staffer where employees scramble to get into a train to get to their workplace? Certainly rail transportation needs a complete overhaul after 77 years of Independence.
