President Anura Kumara Dissanayake met Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, CEO of Master Investment Group and a prominent figure in Ras Al Khaimah in Dubai during his visit to the UAE last week.
The discussions with Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Qasimi centred on strengthening economic and investment cooperation between Sri Lanka and the United Arab Emirates.
Following the meeting, President Dissanayake attended the ‘TIME 100 Gala Dinner’ at the renowned Museum of the Future in Dubai.
The event was part of his visit to participate in the 2025 World Governments Summit on Tuesday (February 11).
The President addressed the summit and engages in bilateral discussions with leaders of several countries.
