2 slices of bread
Butter
2 carrots
Cabbage
2 eggs
Mayonnaise
Thin sliced fresh green chilli pod
(if needed)

Instructions
Boil the eggs with your mom’s help, get her help to shell the eggs, then add mayonnaise. Mash the eggs with a fork add salt and pepper mix it well then keep it aside.
Get your mom to help you grate the carrot into a bowl.
Then add the thinly sliced cabbage, grated carrot and the green chilli to the egg mixture and mix it well.
Apply butter on each slice of bread and spread the vegetable and egg mixture on both sides.
Carefully cut it diagonally and enjoy.
