The Ministry of Environment has introduced a dedicated WhatsApp number to address environmental issues efficiently, encouraging public participation in environmental conservation efforts.

The newly launched service enables citizens to report environmental concerns directly to the Minister and Deputy Minister via text messages. Issues can be directed to the designated number, 076-6412029, with the expectation that reported problems will be forwarded to relevant institutions for swift and sustainable solutions.

A follow-up process will be conducted to ensure that the reported concerns are thoroughly investigated and addressed in a timely manner.

The service will be available from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm on all five weekdays.
