Seylan Bank opened its first Trade Hub at the Pettah Branch and also a second banking branch in Pettah.
The opening ceremony of Seylan Bank’s first Trade Hub was held at its new premises on the first floor of the Pettah Branch, on Main Street, Colombo 11.
The Bank’s second branch was opened Bankshall Street, Colombo 11. The chief guest was Director/CEO Ramesh Jayasekara. The Bank’s senior management, government officials, customers were also present. The decision to open a new branch, and Seylan Bank’s first trade hub in Pettah, aims to provide innovative, accessible financial solutions to empower individuals, businesses, and entrepreneurs within one of the most bustling areas of Sri Lanka’s economic landscape.
The opening of both services offers specialised support and a critical component of the supply chain underpinning industries across the country.
