Banana chocolate chip oatmeal pancakes
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
250 grams of cooking oats
1 large egg
1 cup of yoghurt
½ teaspoon of baking powder
3 to 4 tablespoons of milk or water
Chocolate chips
A pinch of salt and cinnamon
Method
Get the blender and mix all the ingredients together except the chocolate chips until smooth and thick. Get a parent or adult to help you with this.
Leave the mixture aside for five minutes.
Next get a large frying pan and butter the pan well.
With the help of a parent pour the batter in small circles then add the chocolate chips and let the pancakes be on one side until the bubbles pop.
Turn the pancakes to the other side and let them sit for two minutes.
Take them off the pan and eat warm, you can add more toppings like butter, peanut butter, banana, nuts or kithul treacle to make it even yummier.
