The zebra crossing in front of the Lake House building in Colombo which posed a veritable death trap for pedestrians, especially at night as it displayed both green and red lights simultaneously, confusing pedestrians and motorists, was rectified by the authorities concerned following the Sunday Observer spotlighting it last Sunday.
