86th Annual Two Mile Sea Swim will be held on March 8 and 9 at the Mt. Lavinia Hotel beach.
Women’s Open and boys and girls under-15 event will be held on March 8.
The Men’s Open will be held on March 9 at 7a.m.
Entries of local swimmers will be accepted only if they are members of clubs that are affiliated to the Sri Lanka Aquatic Sports Union for 2025.
A foreign national who has been living in Sri Lanka for the past two years will also be considered for this competition.
Entry fees must be paid in full by cash deposit at any branch of the Peoples Bank or by bank online transfer to the following account. Peoples Bank, Duke Street Branch, and the named to Sri Lanka Aquatic Sports Union.
The Open event for men and women is open to competitors who are 13 years or above as at December 31 2025.
The event for boys and girls under-15 is open to competitors who are between the ages of 13 and 14 as at December 31, 2025.
A competitor who is under-15 years may participate either in the Open or Under-15 category but not both.
Swimmers may warm up in the sea area from the designated starting point prior to the start of the swim.
The warm up should be completed before 7 a.m.
