Kelani Cables conducted a workshop on safe wiring practices, using modern technology, at the Glasgow Hotel, Kalagedihena, as part of its social welfare program. Around 75 electricians from the Gampaha district were present.

Held on the theme “Safety in Employment, Always,” the workshop provided practical knowledge and training on how electricians should work safely with modern tools.

The electricians were welcomed by the company’s Brand Manager Kassapa Yatawatta.

Sales Engineer, Kelani Cables, Isuru Prasad said the company has been in operation for over two decades connecting electricians across the country. Their goal is to introduce modern electrical technology to local electricians and provide them with proper training. He said that through continuous training and exposure to new technologies, Sri Lanka can develop highly skilled electricians.
