Oh Father!

Oh father! We don’t talk very much
Not that I do have a grudge
It is just that stuff you describe as such
Seem different to me in a radical touch

Oh father! You say society is a dangerous place
Day-by-day running a never-ending race
Completing others so that we can ace
But I never see the vitality in your ways

Oh father! You ask me to become a big man
One day driving a luxurious van
And work in an office under a big fan
But I never understand this path you ran

Oh father! Explain to me this mysterious place
I’m sure that i’ll have to run this race
And fit myself to suit this place

Another Brick In The Wall

By Pink Floyd
(Roger Waters & David Gilmour:)

We don’t need no education
We don’t need no thought control
No dark sarcasm in the classroom
Teacher, leave them kids alone

Hey, teacher, leave them kids alone
All in all it’s just another brick in the wall
All in all you’re just another brick in the wall

Wrong! Do it again!
Wrong! Do it again!
If you don’t eat your meat, you can’t have any pudding!

How can you have any pudding if you don’t eat your meat?!

You! Yes, you, behind the bike sheds. Stand still, laddie!
