The chaotic ‘Kela Pola’

This is the state of the well known ‘Kele Pola’ that has been in existence for ages in Pettah. The fair has always been in a sordid condition despite it being in the heart of Colombo. For decades, all policy makers have been blind to the sad state of affairs of this market and many other vital sectors of the economy.
