Nature has always been a source of healing. A walk in a park, a few moments spent under a tree, or the sight of fresh green leaves swaying in the wind can bring unexpected relief. Greenery soothes the mind, reduces stress, and slows down racing thoughts. Scientists have long observed that spending time in nature lowers cortisol levels, the hormone responsible for stress. Even looking at plants through a window can create a sense of peace.
