DP Logistics (Private) Limited (DPL), a logistics solutions provider in Sri Lanka and a member of the David Pieris Group of Companies, is set to achieve a major milestone with the groundbreaking ceremony for Jaffna’s first multi-user 3PL warehouse.
This initiative is part of the Group’s Northern Development Program and reflects DPL’s commitment to fostering economic growth in the Northern Province.
The foundation stone for the state-of-the-art warehouse complex was laid at Kadduvan Miliddy Road, Myllidy, Kankesanthurai, Jaffna, by Kalum Katipearachchi, Managing Director and CEO, DPL and Chamilka Ambagahawatta, CEO, DPMC Assetline Holdings (Private) Limited, Architect Dinuk Senanayake, Project Consultant, Kalana Alwis, CEO of Nawaloka Constructions along with officials from the DPL and David Pieris Group companies.
This new facility will enhance supply chain and warehousing capabilities in the region, supporting Northern Province and other Sri Lankan businesses to cater more efficiently for the needs of the people of Jaffna and driving regional commerce and economic growth.
Designed to cater to diverse industries, the 30,000 sq ft warehouse will offer reliable, scalable and cost-effective storage solutions.
