A passionate and accomplished golfer, Gehan Siribaddana has been appointed as the Captain of the Royal Colombo Golf Club (RCGC) for the 2025/2026 term. His appointment, which took effect from March 27, follows his tenure as Vice-Captain last year.
Siribaddana, a veteran in Sri Lanka’s automobile industry, is the Managing Director of Auto Bavaria (Pvt) Ltd, a premier BMW after-sales service company in Sri Lanka. With over three decades of experience, he has played a pivotal role in managing global automotive brands such as BMW, Mini, Range Rover, and Hyundai in the country.
A proud product of St. Peter’s College, Bambalapitiya, Siribaddana has left a lasting impact beyond the greens. A committed community leader and philanthropist, Siribaddana served as District Governor of Rotary in Sri Lanka and the Maldives, earning prestigious awards, including the “Most Outstanding Rotarian of the Year” award for his exceptional service and leadership.
At RCGC, Siribaddana has been more than just a dedicated golfer. He has played a crucial role in the club’s strategic development.
