Batting first Sri Jayewardenepura notched up 245 runs with Sachin Shehan top scoring with 98 runs. He hit nine boundaries and one six.
In their turn St. Thomas’ Kotte could score only 107 runs in 44 overs. Only Dillen Frank scored 48 runs with six fours having faced 124 balls.
