A Thai trade delegation visited Sri Lanka on March 27-28, 2025, to strengthen economic and trade ties between the two nations.
The delegation included Deputy Minister of Commerce, Suchart Chomklin, Assistant Secretary to the Ministry of Commerce, Yossing Liamlert, Executive Director of the Bureau of Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, Aumaporn Futrakul.
During their visit, the delegation engaged with public and private sector representatives in Sri Lanka to explore opportunities for enhancing trade and investment between Thailand and Sri Lanka.
Executive Director of the Thai-Sri Lanka Chamber of Commerce, Sanjeewa Ediri Wickramasuriya also took part.
