Dulshen wins a TT event for first time

Chanul Dulshen became the player to win for the first time in the Open Men’s singles event at the All Island Open Ranking Table Tennis Championship 2025 held at the Indoor Stadium, Bandaragama on April 5, 6 and 7.
In the event that was organized by Sabaragamuwa Province TT Association saw Dulshen, an Old Sokian beat Nimesh Ranchagoda of the Navy in the Open men’s singles event in straight sets.
Bimandee Bandara of Hillwood College won the women’s Open singles event when she beat Yoshini Jayawardene of Mahamaya Girls College in an interesting five setter final.
The Chief Guest at the event was Prabhath Priyantha, President Sabaragamuwa Province TTA and distributed the awards.
