The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Capital Alliance Holdings Limited (CAL), a full-service capital markets solutions provider, is due to open on May 8.
Launched on the theme ‘Building Wealth, Bridging Markets’, the IPO marks a milestone in CAL’s mission to democratise financial growth across frontier economies.
With over 24 years of experience and over Rs. 250 billion in assets under management, CAL continues to reshape the investment landscape across Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and soon, East Africa.
Rs. 1,575 million will be raised by offering 157,500,000 ordinary voting shares at Rs 10 per share.
